1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rude Bets ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rude Bets is a sports analytics and projection platform that provides MLB statistical projections, player analysis, and data-driven insights. The Service includes projected scores, player projections, home run probability analysis, game simulations, weather data, and related tools.
3. Not Gambling Advice
Rude Bets is an informational and entertainment platform. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling in any way.
- All projections, probabilities, and analysis are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
- Nothing on this site constitutes gambling advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of outcomes.
- Past statistical performance does not guarantee future results.
- You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from this Service.
- If you choose to place wagers with third-party sportsbooks, you do so at your own risk and must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
5. Account and Subscription
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- Subscriptions are managed through Whop. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow Whop's terms and your selected plan.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login links with others.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
- Subscription plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page and on Whop.
- All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
- You may cancel at any time by using the "Manage Subscription" link in the app or directly through Whop. All cancellations must be submitted prior to your renewal date.
- Your subscription runs from the day you join through the same day of the following billing cycle (e.g., June 5 through July 5). When the renewal day does not exist in the following month (29th, 30th, or 31st), your plan will run through the last day of that month and resume the original day in subsequent months.
- Access runs to the exact hour and minute of your renewal timeframe. Upon cancellation or expiration, you will lose access to all previously accessible content.
- There is no prorating or partial billing periods available.
- It is not possible to pause a subscription (e.g., extending by "pausing" for a period of time).
- Your charge may not be processed or reflected on your bank or card's system until after your renewal has occurred.
7. Refund Policy
- There are no refunds for partial billing periods or unused time remaining on a subscription.
- Refunds will only be issued in the case of a verified billing error, such as being charged for a duplicate subscription.
- Our product offerings, features, and content are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes to the Service do not entitle you to a refund.
- Accounts terminated for violating these Terms of Service (including acceptable use violations) are not eligible for a refund.
By subscribing to Rude Bets, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these subscription and refund terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service or its content.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Rude Bets, including projections, analysis, algorithms, designs, and branding, is the property of Rude Bets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
10. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy in our projections and data, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided. MLB statistics, lineups, and game data are sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rude Bets and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
- Unauthorized access to your account or data.
- Service interruptions, errors, or data inaccuracies.
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Data refreshes occur multiple times daily, and brief delays in data updates are normal.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
